Import Images : Select Next Picture Automatically when Picked / Unpicked

In Import Image window when Image is picked or unpicked either manually or through shortcut, image selection is not advancing to next image automatically. So each time either manually image to be selected or arrow keys to advance. But auto advance will speed up culling process. So,

1. After Image is picked or unpicked, selection should advance to next image automatically.

2.  This automatic advance can be controlled through setting check box option "Select Next".
