First trials with FujiFilm Edition 21
Basically the SW is fantastic. Nevertheless I have a few small issues:
1. "Stapelumbennung..." Rename staple? does not rename all selected photos, but you need to re-apply it several times to achieve renaming of all photos. In particular, if .jpg and .raf are selected simultaneously only the .jpg will be renamed in the first run. But even some jpg might be missing.
2. While editing pictures is smooth and fast, the import from SD card is relatively slow. Takes about 20 min for 100 photos.
3. Import settings are rather complicated. May be a standard mode, where the import catalog is automatically set up with a directory structure of Year/Month/Day would satisfy most beginners like me.

About #2 : this is very long, indeed. Import takes about 1 s per file on my computer. Are you sure you have not selected "exclude duplicates" ?
About #3 : In the import window, you can select "year/month/day" as format for the image.

Thank for replying even on Sunday.
#2 Uups I had "exclude duplicates" enabled. The machine is a Mac Book pro with 2,3 GHz Intel Core i7. And may be also to remark, I import jpg and compressed raf format.
#3 In the meantime I figured this out also, unfortunately I used the import date instead of the picture date.

I have the same computer (MacBook Pro i7, 2.3 GHz) and it is very fast at importing.

In a recent post, someone complained about a long import time into C1, and later posted that the card reader was the problem. Are you able to try a different device?
