    Hi Andreas,

    Your order history is connected with your payment details in Fastspring, this means that the email you have to enter is not necessarily the same email as you used for creating your Capture One user account. If you payed with PayPal, the payment will be connected to the email you use with your PayPal account. Otherwise try entering another email you might have used when paying. 

    You are not receiving any email because you do not have any order history connected to that email. (Please check spam folder as well, just in case).
