Registration failed

tried to aktivate C1 express and also C1 pro. But the server connection is not possible or the registration key is wrong. I've got the license key, istalled the software, everthing seemes ok, but the activation. What can I do?

    Yes, I have the same problem. I was not sure if I had caused an error, but since you have the same issue

    Looks like nobody has a solution. Tell me Dietmar, which computer OS are you using? I have Windows 8. On my laptop using Windows 10, the software works fine.

    I have Windows 7, 64 bits. I read somewhere, that is the minmum. Now I found the system requirements here on the page, where is written windows 8-10. May be, this is the reason for the problem.
