Adding keywords - lag/bug?

Hi,

When I add keywords to images and start typing, there is a lag: after I press the first (and second, and third...) letter on the keyboard of my computer (MacBook Air M1), it takes about a second each time for the letter to appear on the screen.

I use a (large) hierachical shared keyword library (~ 49.000 keywords), and it seems like C1 searches for the keywords that match the respective letters every time I start typing.

Anyone else have this issue? I'd appreciate any help/resolve.
