Capture one fujifilm

I just bought my license for capture one fuji this afternoon And since then, capture one is freezing all the time. I can't work on my picture or export them it will crash and restart again and again and again... The trial version worked perfectly well... I'm lost, please help I've got some work to deliver and I'm stocked !!!!!
