BAD SUPPORT! I Bought an upgrade and cannot validate,who do I turn to?????????
I FOUND A FORUM, NO HELP THERE. So where do you go I called Phase one they are no
help. I paid for an upgrade was given a new Key code and when I try to Validate it I type it in and it says No upgrade product found.

What version of Capture One did you have before, what version have you paid for, are you on a subscription or an outright purchase? Have you tried using the Submit a Request link at the top right of this page?
