Trouble deleting multiple files at once since upgrade to 21

Has anyone else experienced this, or did one of my settings get messed up? I used to be able to select all and delete, but now it won't let me. I can select all without a problem, apply changes to all, but can't delete all with either delete or ctrl+delete, or right click and select delete.

    Are you sure that you have Edit Selected turned on?
