Problems downloading trial version.

Permanently deleted user

I'm attempting to download a trial version of Capture One 21. The file downloads but I get no request to enter the key code sent by you and my only option is to try to open the file. When I do this I get the following message: "Unable to execute file in tempory directory. Setup aborted. Error 5: Access is denied."

My computer is a MicroSoft Surface Pro using Windows 10 Home, Veresion 20H2.   

I sincerely want to test and ultimately Purchase Capture One for a photo project that I have going.  Hope you are able to help me.

    Hi, Keith.  I appreciate your responding to my post, however, the link that appears in your comment simply directs me right back to the page where I submitted my original request.  What am I missing?
