Help to recover the activation code
Today I bought the license for C1 but I did not get the email with the activation code. I sent an email asking for help but they have not answered me. What can I do to recover the code?

You have posted this in an old section of the forum for legacy software. Should it be in the sections relating to Version 21? Or have you somehow purchased an older version?
If you login to your account you should be able to see the license/activation code.
If not you need to use the "Submit a request" link found at the top of most Community pages and contact Capture One using the appropriate help request type from the list presented.
As Users in a User to User forum any ability to assist with such a specific problem is limited to the advice offered above.
