Can not open my software Capture One 21 update
Dear Support Team,
I have updated my software yesterday from Capture One 9 to Capture One 21.
Even though I have made a immediate payment yesterday i cannot open the new software.
Curiously I can step into my profile by Capture One with my old password,
but cannot open the updated version.

Please contact me, so that I can use what I have paid for.

You may not know that this forum is primarily a User to User resource with a few exceptions for certain areas - like enhancement requests which are to some extent monitored.
You have also posted in a rather old legacy section and you may see more responses by posting in the appropriate V21 section.
If you wish to obtain personalized support from the C1 Support Team you need to make official contact using the "Submit a request" option found on most pages in the community. I the forum the link is on the top line of the pages.
