"Upgrade to Your Capture One" screen is grayed out when I try to upgrade
When I try to upgrade, the "Upgrade to Your Capture One" screen is grayed out after hitting the "Upgrade" button.
I got to this page through an email about the APRIL40 special. Do I need a license key?
If so how do I find my license key?

Can you log in to your account at Capture One and access it successfully using identity and password?

Yes I am signed in with password.

So if you go to the Upgrade link when logged in to your account you get a greyed-out screen rather than the available upgrade options?
I'm just trying it and seeing the screens I would expect to see so I am not sure what to suggest other than maybe clearing browser cache, a different browser, and all of the usual internet connection troubleshooting options as a starting point.
Can you get to other facilities related to your account - like Order History?

I switched browser from safari to chrome. I pasted the link for the APRIL40 onto Chrome browser and I got the purchase window. So Safari was the problem. Thanks for the help.
