C1P V21 tether issue with Canon R5 after upgrading from V20

Hello, 

Just last week I did a full weeks tethered shoot with multiple R5 cameras (at different times) into V20.  Upgraded to V21 and now the software doesn't see the cameras when connected.  Same cable, only variable that changed was the software upgrade.  I double checked that the Canon preferences were checked in the camera tab of software preferences.  Really need to tether with these!

Any advice???

Running Mac OS 10.14.6 on a 13" MBP.
