Purple Fringing not effective?
Hello,
I've noticed that "Purple Fringing" is not working. I view the .DNG at 100% with the proper lens profile selected (90mm Summicron Apo) with no correction with the slider maxed out. If I export that file as a .tiff into Lightroom I can use their tool at "3" strength and the "Purple Fringing" is gone. Can your engineers make a patch to remedy this?
Thanks for reading,
Mark Y.

Have you seen this: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002579977-Chromatic-aberration-and-purple-fringing
Is Chromatic Aberration also checked? Sometimes checking that box helps get rid of purple fringing, too. Also, you can change the Chromatic Aberration setting by clicking on the three dots to the right of the check box.
But, yeah... the slider could certainly be more effective.

Yes, the purple fringing cursor is not very effective in C1. But I am surprised you get purple fringing with a Summicron 90 APO !
