Setting Up Hardware Acceleration __%?
I usually have this off since my OpenCL is crappy and doesn't seem to work anyhow: literally says it doesn't work if I try to turn it to Auto ... but I downloaded the latest Beat (don't worry, I won't speak about it) and have since turned it on an hour ago.
But it says "Setting up hardware acceleration" and is stuck at 2% .
I'm on a Mac. What can I do? What should I do? I'm leaving C1 open to let it do its thing but it's been a while now.

Well, you just DID speak about it. What you should do is file a bug report as directed in the beta test instructions.

What a strange comment. And not very helpful. But so be it; that’s the internet for you.
I didn’t mention any details or reveal anything about the Beta … was just asking about the hardware acceleration notification that came up; was just specifying what version of C1 I was using. Nothing wrong with saying I’m using the beta; I kept my disclosure about the details of the beta.
And I did report it as a bug. Was just wondering if anybody knew about the issue that I brought up … which happens on non-beta as well, hence why I asked. Thought someone might have a reason why it was stuck at 2%, since it seems to happen to many.

Delete the data in the image core directory and restart
