Capture One 21 Express Fujifilm - I'm lost. Help please

I've been using Capture One 21 Express for Fujifilm for a couple of years now and been happy with the RAW processing as part of my workflow on my MacBook Pro (OS 11.2.3)

I am shooting a lot more now and trying to tether with my XT-3,  which I can only seem to do via Fujifilm X-Aquire. I have tethering working, but no live view or camera controls visible at all.

I also have no other tools such as healing etc visible in the top tool bar. 

I upgraded to 14.1.1 and no difference at all. Thinking I need to upgrade to Pro, I just (stupidly) bought an annual licence to see if that fixed things). It appears not as I have the same version as I had before. I am totally confused. 

Can anyone help please?

    I believe the versions are the same.  The differences are the features that are unlocked with the license code.   Did you de-register Capture One then re-register with the license key that came with the Pro version?   That should unlock all features.  According to https://www.captureone.com/en/resources/tech-specs/camera-support-fujifilm tethered support with live view is supported for the X-T3 with the Fujifilm and Pro versions.
