I am on C1 for Fujifilm subscription. How do I upgrade to Pro?

I want to upgrade to Pro for a month or two while I process a bunch of old Canon .CR2 files. How do I, or can I do this?

    You probably need to ask the Capture One team directly using the "Submit a request feature of the Community pages.

    There may also be useful information in the FAQ articles for the Community. Have you already tried a Search without success?

    As this is mainly a User to User forum there may not be any regular user who can answer this sort of question with any authority about the matter.
