I often edit files in Photoshop that first went through an initial edit in CaptureOne.  I then save the file in Photoshop, and the .psd variant appears in CaptureOne.  The problem is that the original file is still the selected file in CaptureOne.  It would be helpful if the selection automatically changed to the .psd variant rather than the raw file.  On a number of occasions, after making a subtle change in Photoshop, I have found myself making additional edits to the raw file rather than the .psd variant.
