Exporting files to a Database Application

We are collection a large amount of images, as well as other information, (facts, .heic images, mps files, external notes).  That we want to conglomerate into one database application, for example filemaker or ODK data collection.  Wondering if anyone has any insight on the most compatible database application to export files created by capture one to. 

Not to mention, we have meta data in each photo that we would like exported to the new data base as well.  

New to this, any insight is appreciated.
