Wacom Tablet Scroll Bars

I feel like a moron because I can't figure this out. I've looked at several forums, articles and videos. When I use the Wacom Intuous Pro (purchased this week), the tablet works great until I need to move a lever (like exposure, contrast, etc). What am I doing wrong?
