Capture One express 21 for Sony and Affinity

I've been using Affinity Photo for many years as my main editing sw and Capture One 21 (recent update) for Sony for additional raw editing. Recently Affinity has been crashing unexpectedly. I last week upgraded my hw to a HP Z book, 32 GB, and thought all problems with crashes should be over. Rather the opposite happened, Affinity crashed every time I tried to stack a bunch of images. After discussing this with HP support, I decided to zap the computer and reinstall. After installing each new program I tested a stack in Affinity. This all worked fine until I installed Capture One 21 for Sony. Then at every stacking Affinity crashed. I then uninstalled Capture One and then Affinity worked fine again. It seems you're stepping on sombody elses turf. Please be kind enough to fix this.
