Activating C1 v 21

I have a subscription to Capture 1.  I am attempting to upgrade from v20 to v 21.  I logged in and downloaded the new version and put it in my applications folder.  When I go to open it it asks for a key.  I went back and looked at my key and entered it.  Nope not valid. 

So my question is now what?

    Are you sure you're using your v.21 key?
