It would be really helpful if you'd mentioned which "high end camera" you're struggling with. Is it supported?

And this is a user forum. Capture One can be found here:

Camera is a Fuji GFX 100S which Capture One say is a supported camera. I have managed to get it to connect to the camera and it will change camera settings but it will not allow autofocus. Also in live view mode it will not autofocus or change settings. I am using a brand new Tether Tools USB C-Type Connector. Can anyone else confirm if this setup works with their GFX100S?

    Thanks

I have the same issue. The camera will not fire the trigger nor is it possible to change any settings during live-view. I have to take the camera out of live view before triggering. A pain and really poor workflow. My Sony A9 can change settings AND fire the shutter even during live view.

I'm actually a little shocked that this basic functionality appears to not work on a camera listed as compatible. Have you made any contact with C1 to see if they intend to fix this?

Yes, it is not very good. I will send a request for change and see if they can add support for this. It seems to be possible as I understand the Fuji tether app is capable of triggering the shutter in preview. I have not tested it myself though.
