I think it would very difficult in most useful Keyword usage situations to control which Keywords appeared where.

For the Location information, there are dedicated fields available in the IPTC Metadata fields that can offer the option you wish to use. Much better to use those.

    Thanks,

I saw the IPTC Metadata fields, but i didn't find how to change several photos at the same time...

When I select my photos, and I enter the Metadata, only one change...

    Maybe there is another way?

I used lightroom since 7 years, i can use the keywords to name my files...

I'm ready to change my habits, because I think Capture One is better...

In C1 there are slightly different ways to populate the IPTC fields.

For example, if you populate for one image the "Place" fields (Location, City, State, Country)  you can then use the clipboard functionality to copy and paste those values to other selected images. Using shortcut keys you can copy and paste in one action if desired and you have control over whether you are posting to a single image or multiple images.

Once at least one image has the required values populated they can be displayed in the Filters tool, found by default in the Library Tab.

Here the "Place" grouping is shown as a hierarchy  - basically Country>State>City>Location.

In the browser you can select one image or multiple images and simply drag over to the IPTC field you wish to populate where it is displayed in the Filters tool.

In the case of the "Place" fields, if you drag them to the Location entry the fields "above" Location in the hierarchy will also be populated.

This is easier to show on screen than it is to describe in words!

I tend to use both Keywords and the IPTC fields because I can include both, either or none of them when creating finished output files and that is a little more flexible when dealing with output file heading for unknown storage places with, perhaps, different search capabilities used by different recipients.

There are additional flexible approaches based on the same functionalities which can be easily worked out once one has a feel for what is possible. Bear in mind that many of the IPTC fields can contain a large amount of text so creating and checking the entries for one image before copying and pasting seems like a wise activity before applying the value(s) to, potentially, several thousand images.

I am sure this is covered in a tutorial or webinar somewhere but I don't have time to check for that at this time. Maybe later this evening I can take a look for them.
