How to change all black pixels to gray pixel?

Hello All, 

I have several images (RGB images, IIQ format) (actually aerial photos), and I would like to find all black pixels (0,0,0) and change it to (1,1,1) for all images, then save them as tiff file. format.

    How about using the Levels tool? Set the Output level to 1 instead of 0 at the top left of the Levels tool, like this, then copy the to all the other images in question.
