Different pick in different albums

Hi all, if you have issues implementing me earlier feature request of having only a single variant linving in albums, please implement that different picks of variants of an image can be defined in different albums.Thank you

    Hi, okay smart albums works. But it’s not possible to search for variant 1,2,3. You need to annotate every variant with a unique keyword for an edit set. It’s rather a workaround. I also would prefer stacks of all variants in the main album and different picks per different album edit. Less visual mish mash in my catalog.

    Something has to identify what needs to be connected to where. Preferably without all of the possible "connections" becoming overly complicated to set up and manage. A unique keyword is only a (flexible) proxy for some other flag.

    An Album (non-smart) could be selected based on the Variant Position in a multi-variant edit for an image. Non-dynamic selection but if one is using a specific variant for a specific position it could work.

    Phase cameras can, I believe, use the  "sequence" info for a multi-sequence shot as a selection criterion.                                                                                                                      3

    @SFA. hi, aren’t we talk about a a photo edit and it’s variants which will have their pic only per album? sorry, i don’t get it. smart album, or sequence? i don’t have a Phase One anyway.
