Cursor key issue in C1 21 M1 release

When using the above program I notice an issue with the cursor keys. When in the browser (grid view) the up/down arrow keys on a M1 MacPro do not work properly. The left/right keys are fine. It seems related to the viewer mode. If I enable the viewer (in the view drop down) and then press "g" for grid mode, the keys appear to work and I can navigate the grid. If I turn viewer off in the view dropdown and then go back to the grid, then the up/down keys do not work.
