Do I have the M1 version?

I downloaded 14.2 for the Mac.  I'm on an M1 MacBook Pro.  Does this version automatically detect that I'm on an M1 Mac and somehow go native?  Or do I need to download a special version?

I imagine that a lot of people might have the same question; why not make this clear on the download page?

    To be certain, go to About this Mac, System report, Applications... find Capture One and see if the Type is Universal. If it is, you got the M1
