Quick edits, separate speedup for mouse and keyboard

I like the new speed edit way of editing. As I noticed in your Youtube video you also increased the default sensitivity of the changes. This is nice when using the mouse wheel, but then the steps are too large using the keyboard.

possible fix:

a) a separate sensitivity for the keyboard.

b) keyboard left/right behave as a detailed step (up/down=using sensitivity, left/right= smaller increments)
