Fuji GFX Not Recognized

Hi Guys,

I have this issue ALL THE TIME, lightroom is fine, image capture is fine but capture one doesn't recognize that my camera (or SD card if i try that) exists. 

Why. I have tried everything in the user guides, the other programs find it immediately on tether, but capture one is driving me mad. Help please.

    If you are using a memory card reader can Capture One see memory cards from other cameras? If not Capture One may not have permission to access removable volumes.  You can give Capture One permission in System Preferences, Security & Privacy, Privacy Tab, Files and Folders.

    hi - thanks for the reply - just checked and all boxes are ticked, this is a recent issue & I think it has to do with whenever i format the card in my camera - it always doesn't recognize it... but everything else will. if there's a fix for that - i'm all ears!
