 I am a new user of Capture 1. I have a new copy of Windows 10 installed on my computer. I have purchased the "Capture one pro"  product about a week ago. Now I need to download the software and install it. It would be very kind of you to send me a download link for capture one pro 64 bit for windows 10.

    This is Primarily a User to User resource so do not expect a reply from the C1 staff. If you feel you need a personalised reply use the "Submit a request" contact facility that can be found on the top line of most of these web pages and at the bottom of FAQ articles.

    You can download the software from the link on the Capture One main website. Or from your order details if I recall correctly.

    The license code issued to you on your order is your activation code and controls the functionality for the version you purchased. All you need to do is select the download for Windows. Or, if you already have the trial running, de-activate the trial, restart C1 and enter your new code to re-activate.

    There are links to a number of articles about the process (it is quite simple) in the Support Pages. If you have problems with anything they are good places to seek answers without delay. The Search facility provided is quick and effective.
