Export as PNG
As a product photographer doing a lot of ecommerce I'm often asked to delivere Tiff, Jpeg, and PNG with transprant background. With capture one being my weapon of choice I would love to see C1 be able to export PNG with transparant background. Adobe's options are not good enough, and C1 doesn't export PNG. I'd therefore love to see C1 include this option, and I'd be head over heels if they made it possible to export with and without certain layers from photoshop pr. file type.

Given that C1 is primarily driven by being a RAW file convertor and PS is not a RAW file convertor but a pixel editor (as required for the sort of transparent background output you seek?), it would seem that C1 would need to do some significant development to provide the transparency functionality.
If attempted, the designers might look to PS, as the "industry standard", to define what needs to be offered.
However, you have suggested that PS is lacking in terms of what you are hoping for. So you may need to consider outlining what it is that you need that PS does not already offer. ( I assume that you meant "Does not export PNG with a transparent background" rather than not exporting PNG at all?)

I see.. What PS is lacking is the ability to batch-output a large amount of images with transparant background. Atm you have to open and save each individual image. Which is quite the hassle when you're doing 5-600 images pr. week.. You can however also use the automate function with an action. But it's not as easy as C1 has made exporting in general. Bridge and Lightroom is also a joke compared to C1..
