Capture One Express for Sony "Capture One cannot install its log file."

Hello, yesterday I downloaded Capture One Express for Sony onto my Windows 10 computer. 
Everything worked. 
But today when I started it showed me the following text.

"Capture One cannot install its log file.
Application logs will not be available."

Can someone offer me a solution. 
Would be very happy.
