Turning off auto-crop while tethering
Here is my issue. I'm shooting tethered with Sony A7III using CaptureOne 20. I take a picture. I go to preview it with the crop tool in a specific size (lets use 4x5 crop for this example). Usually, I leave the crop preview visible and don't press enter to apply it so that I can still see the whole image but know roughly where I'd like to crop it in post. My problem is that If I take a shot in portrait, and then flip the camera to landscape, the crop from the previous photos is still applied, but will only extend out as if the photo was still in portrait. Forcing me to have to drag the crop out and turn it 90 degrees to fit the correct orientation. My question, is there a way to NOT have the crop stay active and cropping to the previous crop size for every photo I take. I can't figure out why once I use the crop tool, then it's active for every new photo taken. I'd like to apply the crop individually to each photo as needed.
Cheers,
Jon
