PC-E Micro NIKKOR 45mm f/2.8D ED
I use a Nikon D810 with a PC-E Micro NIKKOR 45mm f/2.8D ED (tilt shift) lens. There is no lens profile for this lens in Capture One. Imported Images are always over-saturated. I have been decreasing the saturation by -6 in both the color and the exposure editors to get to a good starting point. Do any users with the same gear have recommendations for any other adjustments that would help with this issue?
Thanks,
Nick

Oversaturation is not something that is lens-specific. Lens profiles typically contain parameters for distortion and vignetting correction. I don't think it's possible to create such a profile for a T/S-lens, because it would be necessary to know the amount of tilt and/or shift to know what type and amount (and in case of a T/S lens: at what offset) to apply. T/S settings are not available in the EXIF-data, though, so there is no way for C1 to know what settings were used for the shot.
Regarding your actual question: if you find -6 a good starting point, you can set that on an existing image and then select the parameters as camera default for the D810 in the exposure tab. From then on, this will be the default setting for any newly imported image shot with the D810.
In the color editor, you can save your preferenced settings as a user preset or maybe even override the existing parameters (I honestly don't use the color editor much).
