Hello - did you ever figure out a fix for this? I'm finding the same thing. It appears to only be for Capture One for me.

    Thank you!

I recently switched to Capture One Express for Sony and I have this exact problem also, the images in the viewer looks yellow on my main display but is fine after export, while if I drag the application to my other display, the color will become normal again after a small delay. But I have found a working solution, turns out my main display has its default own monitor ICC profile, and so I changed the default to sRGB IEC61966-2.1 (same as the color profile inside Capture One) via the color management setting in Windows (There is also color management for macOS via display setting I remembered), now the color work as intended. There isn't much info for this issue so I hope this help :)
