How to stop Multiple images being produced from a process recipe

    That would be consistent with having two recipes tick-marked. Don't be confused by a highlighted recipe, those ticked control the process.

    I think OddS. has provided the most likely correct answer.

    However, it occurs to me that, as a very new user, it is just possible that you may have 2 "variants" of the same image selected and the "Edit All" toggle set ON.  

    In such a case you might also see 2 versions of what appears to be the same image with, perhaps, the same name. 

    I think OddS. has probably offered the best answer but if that does not completely answer what you are seeing then this is something else to consider.
