upgrading to M1 Capture One, but still running in Intel?

i have two Macbook Pro; one is Intel base and the other is M1 chip.

already have subscription for CaptureOne fujifilm. can I upgrade to CaptureOne for M1? and still have a support for my Intel MacBookPro?

    Google "apple universal binary".   Short version: universal binaries contain code for multiple hardware architectures and use the appropriate code for the machine running the code. The current universal or "fat" binary contains code for intel and M1 macs.
