    This forum is primarily a User to User communication facility.

    As I read your message I think it is directed at the Capture One Team, so I would suggest your best option for help will be to use the "Submit a request" resource and create a Support Case so that Capture One can help you by understanding how your problem has occurred and how to recover from it.
