Upgrade from version 21 (Sony) to full version

Hi,

I want to upgrade my Capture One Pro 21 (Sony) to the Capture One Pro 21 version. I log on to my account, click on "Upgrade" and get to a page listing my Capture One Pro 21 (Sony). But, there are no upgrade alternatives listed and I cannot find a way to get to such a list. Is there something wrong with the website or is it not possible anymore to upgrade to the Capture One Pro 21 version? Do I have to pay the full price for the Capture One Pro 21 version?

  I have the same issue! No upgrade options available. Seems to be a bug...

  Yes, it seems to be bug. I contacted Capture One Support: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. They arranged for a reduced upgrade price for me.
