Add Color Profile support for B&W

I cannot currently edit Black & White or grayscale pictures. I would like to edit my BW scans of negatives.

    The usual advice is to open the files in software that can read them AND allow you to save using an RGB colour space.

    C1 should then be able to work with them, subject to the constraints for size and similar as listed in the release notes documentation.

    Yes, of course you are able to do that. I even made an Automator action on macOS to just do that. But the point is that you should not need to do that but instead let C1 read the images and convert them to a usable colour space on the fly.
