Manufacturer profile for unsupported or misidentified lenses

I have two lenses for Sony E mount that do not have Capture One profiles but which do show manufacture profiles.

However, one lens (the new Voigtlander 35mm f/2 APO-Lanthar) is incorrectly identified by your program as the Loxia 35mm f/2. Does Capture One incorrectly apply corrections based on that Loxia lens when the manufacturer's profile is selected, or does it correctly apply the corrections for the Voigtlander lens?

The other lens (the Zeiss Loxia 25mm f/2.4) is the lone Loxia lens that does not have a Capture One profile. Is the manufacturer profile correctly applied for that lens?

In general can Capture One correctly interpret manufacturer's profiles despite misnaming problems in the EXIF? (Also, is the sharpness falloff setting operational if it is not greyed out?)
