Cannot right click on quick access tools on MacOS Big Sur Intel (CaptureOne 21 for Nikon)

Hello, 

I tried to use the right click button (from the touchpad) on quick access bar to change the tool can I used (mask, etc,...) but it's not works as attendee. It's appear the "Customize tool menu" instead of the right menu.

I use : 
MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports)
macOS BigSur version 11.3 (20E232)

Capture One 21 (for Nikon)
Build 14.2.0.136

Workspace : Capture One 14.1 workspace
And a few customisations.

  For buttons that can do more than one thing, you need a long press (press and hold) to get the options, not a right click.
