Low res results when shooting tethered - intermittent issue, please help

Hello

New to Capture one.  We are tethered to a Sony A6000.

Every few shots have an issue where it gets frozen on super low res, with a blue line on the left and a green line on the right. The only way to get rid of it is to close capture one and start again. Please see examples

    Try disabling Hardware Acceleration in the Preferences file.

    If that makes a difference it may give you a useful starting point for further investigation.
