Once you buy 21 you can't still use 20 on other computers ?

"cannot activate because the license key is invalid"  is a message I get trying to activate cap ture 20.

I have a valid pro license for both 20 and 21. 

this is the result of the diagnostic run

                                     Check 06: success

Isn't it ok to run 20 once you buy 21 ??

I'll appreciate any thoughts on this.

  You have one key and it works for all versions for which you have seats. Either you have exceeded your seat limit or have not reregistered C1 20 with the new key you got when you bought C1 21. 

  Usually when this happens, you will see a window asking you to reregister C1. Enter your current (latest version) key and reregister. I believe C1 has reduced the number of seats to 2 for the previous 3, so if you have already registered 2 copies of C1 21, you will have  to unregister one of them to use a copy of C1 20.
