Trying to import Lightroom Catalog but failed

    That sounds odd. Two ideas:

    1. After ensuring that LR is quit (maybe use the Activity Monitor app to be sure), make a copy of your LR catalog and try importing that. After importing, you choose whether to delete the copy or replace the original with the copy.

    2. Restart your Mac. Very rarely, applications don't properly close files and restarting should solve the problem.

    3. If neither of the above work, file a Support Request.
