How do you add descriptions/captions to photos?

What do people do in Capture One when you want to add a caption (description) to a photo? Is the only option to use the IPTC Content field "Description", or is there a better place to write such text?

    Good question, does anyone have an answer? I don't want to fill my keyword library with names or descriptions that are only used once.

    The "standard" places are in Metadata, IPTC - Content section: Headline or Description.  I usually use Description.  That equates to what Exiftool calls "Caption-Abstract" in exported metadata.   When images with a Description are uploaded to Smugmug, for example, the description is shown instead of the file name.
