Deactivated licens?
I hava an old license that I have upgraded during the years but now - when my program continuously crash and I try to download an old version, I get the message that my account has been deactivated?

The Account or the license/activation key?
If you have an activation key for a recent version associated with your account you can use that to activate older versions.
The activation keys for older versions will no longer work - you need to use the new activation key.
