New Session

For some reason,  when I create a new session. It's creating an album and creating folders on a per image basis. It's never done it before. So I'm not sure what's going on.

How do I get back to all of my imported images being in the capture folder with out a folder per image.  I don't want collections or albums. All I want is a simple 4 folder session.

Please help me get back to the old default session settings.
