big sur 11.4 /M1 chip / capture one 21 pro (14.2.0.136)

Just received the studios laptop upgrade to find out that  it cant tether with this version of the OS.

As i understand it 11.3 will work  but we cant go back so my question is do i need to return the mac for an older model or is there likely to be a solution, and if so a rough timescale?

*edit - is there a support email address? or is it  just a case of hoping that this gets spotted by someone at C1?

  Does C1 see the camera? If so, is it a problem where the images are not recorded in C1?  I have had that problem with Nikon where the solution is to remove the memory cards from the camera.  Running Big Sur 11.4 on M1 MacBook Pro.
